Altenew Build-A-Flower: Wild Rose Release Blog Hop + Giveaway ($200 in total prizes)


Hello friends, welcome to Altenew's Build A Flower Wild Rose release September 2021. Thank you for hoping here from Nenette S. Madero blog, I am so happy you can join us to celebrate the new BAF Wild Rose release.


For my card today I went with easy and simple. I love the fact that the BAF stamps give you many ways to create the flowers. You can just use the line images and color as you please or use the different layers with inks to complete the flower. For my card today I used only a few layers to build for the flower. Because the flowers have an outline stamp it was easy to skip a few layers.


For my large flowers I went with two layers in pink shades and for the leaves i did just one layer in a grey ink. The center of the flowers are in one layer in yellow ink. I kept the small cluster flowers in just black.

I used a kraft card stock for the base on which I stamped the out line flowers and leaves using in a very light gray ink. I also blended some white pigment ink on the edges of the kraft card stock.

The sentiment is also from the BAF Wild Rose set which i stamped on a white card stock with black ink. After adhering the flowers on the card base I added a few white dots in different sizes using a gel pen. I hope you liked this idea for using the Wild Rose layering stamp for your next project.
