Hello Crafty friends, Its time for another beautiful Craft a Flower Release by Altenew called "Morning Glory". This post is a part of a blog hop to celebrate the CAF Morning Glory release. For my card today I went with a tall slim line style card in order to showcase the Morning Glory Die set in it entirety.
Card making step by step.
Die Cut all the parts of the CAF Morning Glory die set using watercolor cardstock
Color the different layers of the flowers with blue watercolor in different intensity of the blue paint. (I have used Woodless Watercolors for mine. )
In the same way color the leaves with different intensity of the green paint. Let them all dry well
When dried adhere the layers to form the flowers. When you purchase the Morning Glory die set you will also receive a guide , which makes it very easy to put this flower together.
Die cut the letter "T" from the Mega Alphabet Dies using a Gold glitter and light oink card stock.
Layer the letters offsetting them very lightly. This will create a gold glitter shadow for your pink T.
On a White slimline note card ,stencil the Beveled Square using Warm Sunshine Crisp Dye ink. Keeping it to the center of the card and fading the ink towards the edges.
Splatter black ink all over the stenciled area the card stock.
Adhere the Letter T Using foam adhesive and then adhere the Morning Glory dies flowers and leaves on the left side of the letter.
Stamp and emboss the sentiment using white embossing powder on black card stock. The sentiment is from the Leafy Canopy stamp set.
Adhere a few clear gem stones around the image and the card is done.
