Hello friends,
I am so excited to be showcasing this beautiful stamp set called Happiness Blooms from The Gray Muse. This stamp set has a large cluster of flowers , that you can color using any coloring mediums. If you are not into coloring, you can just stamp this floral cluster on a to a dark cardstock using metallic embossing powder and it will shine , since the floral stamp has been illustrated so beautifully, the details are amazing.
For my card today I decided to use alcohol markers from Altenew. As I mentioned earlier this stamp is very detailed and large so I decide to showcase a part of it to show that it has a lot of impact even if you stamp only a part . I do have another card which shows the entire floral cluster over at the Gray Muse Blog.I started by stamping a part of the stamp on the right edge of the card front and on the top right corner using SSS Intense Black Ink as this is a good ink when using any alcohol markers. I chose a few bright colored markers to color this image. Using bright colors made the images pop on an almost white base. The sentiments are also from the same set which I stamped in black towards the bottom center.
To create some interest I embossed two layers of Lawn Fawn Just Stitching Double Rectangles dies. Added some iridescent sequins and popped this panel using foam adhesive onto a top folding white note card.
