Hi friends,
I hope this post finds all of you safe and healthy. I am writing this post from my bedroom as I stay in insolation recovering from the virus. It is a new battle that I am fighting everyday as I have asthma, but I am more than confident that I will beat them all. During this time of recovery many of you have asked me how I am feeling and left me warm and kind message, so thank you. It is comforting to know there is someone thinking of you during this stressful and uncertain times, but we are all in this together right?? Social distancing doesn't mean we cannot share love and surely doesn't mean loneliness.
The one thing that has kept me sane during the time is coloring. At the beginning of this month Kathy Racoosin started her 30 day coloring challenge and i never could have thought what a timely gift that was. Because of the challenge early in the month before I was diagnosed with he virus, I had printed out many images from various coloring classes that I had signed up and never got to it and was determined to do them all during this 30day challenge. So when I got ill and had to be in complete isolation, these printed mages and my coloring mediums came to my rescue. I miss making cards as I can't go into my craft room right now, but for now coloring is my thing. i have always found coloring therapeutic abut now more than ever, these coloring classes have taught me many new techniques and challenged me to think outside the box, I even tried my hand at free hand drawing. The images below are my very first free hand sketches that I created and colored .

So sorry that you've been sick! The cards are amazing... I especially love that yummy cupcake! Awesome coloring!
I admire my friend Meghan and her stamping. She sends out a lot of cards and inspires me to mail my cards more frequently!
I would like to recognise my crafty friend Deekshita. She is a sweet and kind person and always encourages me.
Sorry you are not in best of health. Sending positive vibes your way.
I would like to recognise Radhika of Radhika Hobbycrafts. She is my inspiration, the one I admire a lot, especially for recycled crafts and amazing floral illustrations. She is a very kind soul.
God's blessings to you Preeti! I want to recognize my dear friend, Joan Kinnischtzke. Joan has been a stamper for many years, and in the past three has really developed her skills to share with others. She shares her colored finished product by donating cards to her church and the Ronald McDonald house in Rochester, MN. She pays it forward by advising and helping others who want to improve their skills. Thank you for the generous giveaway, and best wishes for your continued recovery. Take care!
I do pray for your healthful recovery! Thank you for sharing your experience during this time. We are all so afraid of getting this virus (I too have lung problems) or giving it to others. It sounds like you have family support, so that is good! Your drawing and coloring are beautiful. Please keep sharing! My friend and neighbor Denise Y is my inspiration. She enjoys making cards, and what I appreciate most about her is that she'll buy a stamp set or some dies and she will start making cards with them. They are very nice, and she makes a lot of them. They aren't super complex, but they are pretty and she uses them. She even sold som…
