Space Card | Feat Rubbernecker Stamp

Hello there, Preeti here. As promised I am show casing a second card using the same Lift Off stamp set from Rubbernecker. My idea with this card is to inspire you on how to use a whimsical stamp set to create a more classy and elegant card.

I started with a Navy Blue card stock on which I blended some Distress Oxide inks. The colors used are Black Soot, Mermaid Lagoon and Tumbled Glass. I embossed a few images from the Lift Off stamp set using embossing ink and white embossing powder and heat set it. I also used a few stars from Over The Moon Stamp set. You can easily skip this step.

I then added white dots in various sizes using a white gel pen. To create the constellations I drew lines and joined a few random dots to create my own constellations. I also added some dots using a glitter pen to give the background some shine.

. I stamped the sentiment using Joel 2 stamp set with white embossing powder on a navy blue cardstock. I die cut the sentiment the smallest of the Nested Rectangle dies and matted this with the next Rectangle die on a white card stock. I adhered the sentimen on the starry background using liquid glue. I also adhered a few gem stones. I mounted the finished panel onto a top folding white notecard

I hope you were inspired to Use your whimsical stamp sets in a different way. Do remember to share your beautiful creations at Rubbernecker Fan Club group on Facebook.

See you next time, shine bright and keep sharing handmade love and kindness.
